Due to the nature of our products and to maintain consistency for all customers, we operate under a strict final sale policy.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Lyo Essence are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or ordering errors.

This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene standards and ensures all customers receive brand-new, untouched products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • You must provide your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be included

If your claim is approved, we will request that the damaged item be returned to us. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer replacements, returns, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect sizing or personal preference

  • Used or opened products (unless defective upon arrival and approved)

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Digital products (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
