Lyo Essence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are solely responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or import charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lyo Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 5 business days of delivery with supporting photos so we may assist you.
